The GLA leadership exists to develop healthy leaders and resource local churches, assisting them to network intentionally and strategically to glorify God by building the worldwide Kingdom of Jesus Christ.

• Pastor Networks

We envision GLA pastors clustering regularly for prayer, support, encouragement, training, and sharing of resources.

• Leadership Development

We envision a leadership movement assisting local churches in identifying and training leaders for lay and vocational ministry.

• Healthy Churches

We envision healthy churches with a balanced ministry of winning the lost, building believers, and equipping workers.

We envision healthy churches achieving an annual conversion rate of at least 10% and annual attendance growth of at least 5% each year.

We envision churches that are biblically healthy bodies experiencing personal and corporate growth leading to reproduction.

• Church Planting

We envision churches, clusters, and our region working together to regularly establish and fund church plants.

• Prayer Empowerment

We envision churches within clusters and across our region linked through prayer for God’s empowerment of one another and the unleashing of God’s power, blessing, and protection – that His Kingdom would come and His will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
