God has created every person and every local church body with a unique personality, unique strengths and particular emphases in their ministries.

To help best match our churches seeking staff and ministry leaders seeking positions, the NAB Conference offers the Ministry Placement Network (MPN) – a comprehensive process designed and dedicated to assist ministry leaders and churches in finding the right staff fit.

How does it work? Individuals submit their personal data covering a broad range of assessments (e.g., ministry philosophy and leadership style, giftedness, doctrinal positions) into the MPN. Churches seeking a pastor of ministry staff person submit their church profile into the MPN. It is processed for matching with potential individuals who would be a good fit. The MPN has proven effective in helping churches find the right person and pastors/staff members find the right setting for them.

From the beginning to the end of the search process, the guidance of the Holy Spirit must be sought with earnest prayer and fasting. The MPN is one practical tool for you to use as you seek to discern the will of God. We are committed to walking you through the whole search process.
